The data we receive

Only what you send us through the request form: your name, email address and phone number, your language, information about the property (type, postcode, municipality), the services requested, your situation (profile, whether you are considering a sale), your message and any documents you choose to attach (photos, certificates, reports, letters).

These documents may contain personal information: only send what is useful for your request.

Why we use it

To review your request, contact you, then prepare and carry out the agreed survey or support. If you indicate that you are considering selling the property, to discuss with you the conditions under which the survey may be offered to you free of charge.

We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, on the performance of the contract between us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Some data is kept to meet our legal obligations, notably in accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who has access

Only the people handling your request. With your agreement, we pass the necessary information to the professionals we involve in your file: contractor, assessor, auditor or expert.

Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) act only on our instructions.

Where it is hosted

Your data and documents are hosted in the European Union. Documents are kept in a private storage space: they are never publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and, if support follows, for its entire duration. After that, we keep only what the law requires us to keep. You may ask at any time for a request that led nowhere to be deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no trackers. A single technical cookie remembers the language you chose.

Like any website, our servers keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep them secure.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. We reply within one month, as required by the GDPR.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority:
